HONDA LIKE, SHARE AND WIN 2024

FULL RAFFLE MECHANICS:

1. Promo period is from November 15, 2024 to March 28, 2025.
2. This promo is open to all customers who:
   1. Like and share the Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook Page.
   2. Register by scanning the QR code (linked to Facebook Messenger registration) or clicking the link (me/660850250700147) located at Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook page posts.
   3. Then send a screenshot that you (1) Liked the Page and you (2) Shared a post in the page;
   4. Watch the live online event on the scheduled raffle date.
3. Interested participants can access the registration page either by scanning the QR code or by clicking the link (m.me/660850250700147) provided by our technical team, which is located on the posts at our Facebook Page – Honda Power Products Philippines. They can then proceed to fill out the required information, which includes:
   1. Complete Name (First Name, Middle Name, & Surname)
   2. Mother’s Maiden Name
   3. Contact Number
   4. Email Address
   5. Complete Address and
   6. Screenshots as proof of liking the Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook page and sharing page posts.

4. All successful registrants will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours from the time of registration, under normal circumstances, with the following information:
   1. Raffle event date,
   2. Link of Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook Page to Like and Share Page and post,
   3. Instructions

5. Selected winner will be announced during the Facebook live show.
6. Previous winners of the Honda Like, Share & Win shall no longer be eligible to participate in this event.
7. The electronic raffle draw will be held at the following venues and dates in the presence of a DTI and Honda Philippines, Inc. representative:

December 20, 2924 (Friday) @ 3:00PMHonda Philippines, Inc. Davao Depot – Lapanday Road, Buhangin, Davao City

8. Details of the Raffle event with registration periods and prizes indicated below.

Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash.

9. Any prizes exceeding P10,000 will be subject to a 20% tax, which will be covered by Honda Philippines, Inc.
   
10. Final & confirmed winners will be posted on Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook Page on Wednesday the following week of the raffle date.

11. Raffle winners will be announced as such:
    1. One (1) winner for each prize will be randomly drawn from the confirmed raffle participants during each scheduled live raffle event.
    2. Names of the winners will be announced and posted to Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook page and website.
    3. Confirmed winners will be notified through the following:
       • Phone call from a Honda Power Products Associate
       • Message from official Honda Power Products Philippines Facebook Page
       • Official letter from Honda Philippines, Inc. thru registered mail
12. Winner must send a copy of one (1) valid government ID and (1) secondary ID through any of the following methods:
    1. Email address given by Honda Philippines Inc. representative,
    2. Send pictures/snap shots of documents through Facebook messenger of Honda Power Products Philippines.

13. In the absence of any government-issued ID, barangay certificate confirming identity (bearing complete name, registered address, and signature) of the winner will be accepted.
14. Honda Philippines, Inc. will deliver the prizes free of charge to the winner’s registered address, nearest authorized Honda Power Products dealer, or any other negotiated address mutually agreed upon by both parties.
15. Winners shall present registered mail from Honda Philippines, Inc. and sign the Acknowledgment Receipt Form upon receipt of the delivered units and to confirm that the awarded unit is the correct prize won.
16. A representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she must present the following: a. one (1) valid government ID of the winner; b. one (1) secondary ID of the winner; c. barangay certificate as mentioned in Item 13; d. one (1) valid ID of the representative; registered mail from Honda Philippines, Inc. and f. authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative.
17. Honda Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to the winner or authorized representative if any of the submitted documents are incomplete, insufficient, inadequate, or if the company has reason to believe that any of the documents submitted are false or forged, with prior DTI approval.
18. Winner/s should agree to be featured in publicity materials and must sign a consent letter during delivery of the prize unit in their respective location.
19. Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash.
20. All employees of Honda Philippines Inc., its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, including its Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity, as well as relatives, are disqualified from this promotion.
